At The Mama Company, LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. While we’re confident you’ll love Mama Water, we understand that issues may arise. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)

Due to the consumable nature of our wellness products, all sales are final. We do not
accept returns or issue refunds for:
-Opened or used items
-Dissatisfaction with taste, texture, or results

We will, however, issue replacements or refunds in the following cases:
-Damaged, defective, or spoiled products
-Incorrect items or quantities shipped

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

-Name and shipping address
-Photos of the product and packaging
-Description of the issue

Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

1. Check with neighbors, building staff, or household members.
2. Confirm delivery location via tracking.

3. Contact the carrier.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

4. Refund Processing

-Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
-Processing may take up to 10 business days.

5. Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item qualifies for replacement, follow the steps in
Section 2.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only if it has not shipped.
