Shipping Policy

At The Mama Company, LLC, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely,
reliable, and transparent manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timeframes, and customer responsibilities.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
-All 48 U.S. contiguous states
Note: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand in the
future—subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow:
-1–3 business days for processing
-Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local warehouse time) may be processed the next
business day.
A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
3. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has shipped:

Please note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, high-volume periods, or carrier delays. The Mama Company, LLC is not liable for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping & Handling is free on all orders over $50. For orders below this threshold, there will be a flat rate $6.99 shipping fee applied at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You may use this number to track your shipment directly with the carrier. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us at:

6. Delivery Issues
If your tracking information shows delivered, but you have not received your package, please:
1. Check all delivery locations (porch, garage, mailbox, building lobby).
2. Ask household members or neighbors.
3. Verify that your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.
4. Contact the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation.
The Mama Company, LLC is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or
misdelivered after the carrier confirms delivery. However, we may, at our sole
discretion, offer a one-time replacement or store credit.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will
contact you. You may choose to:
-Request reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply), or
-Receive a refund, less any original shipping and handling costs.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by address errors made during
checkout.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting to our website. Please review this page periodically for updates. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates the most recent revision.
